Travel included in service area. Every in-home visit price covers travel anywhere in Isabel's service area, listed below. No travel fees and no surprises at checkout.
See details for each neighborhood on service areas. Outside these areas? Just ask. Visits farther out are by arrangement, and any travel fee is confirmed before you book.
Paying yourself. You'll know the cost upfront, and your card on file (credit, debit, HSA, or FSA) is charged after your visit. On request, you'll receive a superbill with the codes your insurer needs to submit for reimbursement. Many families are reimbursed in part or in full. Submitting it and any reimbursement are between you and your insurer; we don't submit claims to insurers other than Curative.
Curative insurance. Isabel is in network with Curative, and covered visits are billed to Curative directly. You pay only the copay, coinsurance, or deductible your plan applies, if any, and no travel fees are added. Isabel verifies your benefits before confirming your visit.
Packages. The Newborn Care Package is paid in full when you book. Package visits can be used within 6 months of your first visit. See the terms for full package details.
Twins. Twin visits take longer, so add $75 to each visit.
Cancellations. Life with a newborn is unpredictable. Reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your visit, or you aren't available when Isabel arrives, a $100 fee is automatically charged to your card on file.
